These terms apply when you use https://mybestkeys.com and buy from MyBestKeys. By placing an order you agree to them.
Your account
Give accurate details when you create an account and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
Products and licenses
We sell digital license keys. Each product page describes the edition, the license type and the devices it covers. The software itself is provided by its publisher, and its use is governed by the publisher's license terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Promo codes apply only under the conditions shown with them and can't be exchanged for cash.
Delivery
Keys are delivered to your account, and by email, right after the order is confirmed. Keys for pre-ordered products are delivered within the time shown on the product page. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Refunds
Refunds and replacements are handled as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use the store for fraud, don't try to access other customers' accounts or orders, and don't interfere with how the site works. We may close accounts that break these rules.
Liability
We take care to describe products accurately and deliver working keys. We aren't responsible for losses caused by software from third-party publishers or by uses of a product it isn't designed for. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
